When she made public the fact that she was getting married to Navy officer Jeffrey Daudert, she also caused a stir on the internet.
When Kim worked as a broadcast weather reporter for WXYZ-TV and Jeff happened to be on the same ship, their paths first met.
The couple made their romance public by getting engaged in Paris seven months later.
However, the pair divorced each other after 15 years of marriage, shocking their supporters.
The devoted pair struggled throughout their marriage, which finally led to their divorce in 2016.
Additionally, the meteorologist declined to discuss their divorce in depth or provide her reason for divorcing in an interview with Hour Magazine.
I didn’t have a choice, she added. There is no option at all.
Even though Kim and Jeffrey’s divorce was difficult, they are now living their own lives.

Adam, though, continued to have custody of her kids.
The television celebrity has thus raised her kids on her own as a single mother.
Kim also had to deal with another terrible tsunami as her marriage was about to crumble and end in divorce.
Her breast cancer diagnosis put her through both physical and emotional hardship.
“I have to be honest, all I could think was, ‘I don’t have time for this,'” Kim said. The home was destroyed. I can’t because I’m too busy.

The reporter is a strong single mother who has heroically reared her five children.
She has a daughter called Ava in addition to four boys with the names Andrew, Harry, Alexander, and Aaron.
Although Kim’s work life saw ups and downs, her dedication to her children never wavered.
The radio host’s oldest kid is Ava, while Andrew is the youngest.
Ava now attends Michigan State University and has experience playing volleyball for the national team.
Kim left Detroit in 2009 after Alexander, her third child, was born.
In order to emphasize spending more time with her family, she moved her career emphasis to television advertising.
Similar to Aaron, her second kid, attends the University of South Florida and plays tennis.
Aaron is working on a degree in politics and pre-law. Alex, Andrew, and Harry, on the other hand, are ardent baseball fans.
Her children were devastated to learn that their mother had been diagnosed with cancer when they delivered the news to them.
