Wonho Revealed That He Had Enlisted In The Military

The 29-year-old musician promised to soon return to WENEE (his audience), whom he referred to as his “home” and “everything,” in a message posted on his online fan café.

WENEE expressed their love and support for the singer on Twitter. Fans expressed their gratitude to the musician and their anticipation for his comeback by quoting from his message.

Some even claimed in their comments about the singer’s most recent album, Bittersweet, that he saved it for last since joining the military would be “bittersweet.” On the other hand, the majority of fans were shocked by the idol’s enlistment and called it the “worst news ever.”

After Monsta X, Wonho makes his solo debut in 2020.

2015 saw the Starship Entertainment debut of Lee Ho-Seok, better known by his stage as Wonho, who was a member of the hip-hop boy band Monsta X. He left the organization, nevertheless, four years later after significant claims of his drug use surfaced on social media.

In 2020, the singer released his first EP, Love Synonym #1: Right for Me, marking the beginning of his solo career under Highline Entertainment. Since then, he has published the second EP, Blue Letter and Facade, two albums, two EPs, and one Japanese album.

Earlier this year, as part of his UK and European tour in promotion of his EP, Facade, the singer performed in Germany, Spain, and England. It was his first time performing as the main act alone and outside of Korea.

In the recently released performance video for On & On, the hero displayed his amazing movements against the backdrop of the Han River metropolis. Runaway, a South Korean rapper, is featured in Bittersweet’s upbeat song, which is about wanting to dance all night long.
