“Ah, you want to be an actress?” he said as he approached the table. ‘Yes, I really want to be in a film,’ I replied. He astounded me because I was an adolescent at the time. ‘Oh my goodness, Harvey Weinstein is incredible!’ ‘Well, we should meet,’ he said in response. You are welcome to visit my chamber and read screenplays’… I didn’t go because I didn’t want to.”

Paris Hilton was once accompanied to the restroom by Harvey Weinstein

During the same conversation, Paris Hilton revealed that the following evening, Harvey Weinstein allegedly followed her to the restroom and asked:

“Would you like to be famous?”

She continued, saying:

“I entered the restroom, and he followed.” He pounded and bashed on the door in an attempt to open it. And I refused to open it, thinking to myself, ‘I’m in a cubicle, why do you want to come in here?’ And I just wouldn’t open it. And security dragged him away, screaming, ‘This is my celebration,’ and going insane. It terrified and scared me.”

Hilton discussed the allegations against him before meeting Weinstein at the Cannes Film Festival, saying that everyone knew what he was like but spoke out against it:

“Yes, and it was just someone in Hollywood who was so powerful that everyone feared.” I didn’t want to say anything because I didn’t want people to get angry at me for saying something that was already known. People said, ‘OK, just turn a blind eye,’ because he was exactly like that.”

Hilton’s remarks come on the same day that Harvey was sentenced to 16 years in prison in Los Angeles for three counts of r*pe and sexual assault. The former film director was already serving a 23-year sentence in New York after being convicted of r*pe and s*xual assault in that state during a judicial trial in 2020. He was sentenced to serve both his sentences in New York and Los Angeles concurrently, which means he will be incarcerated for the rest of his life.
