Naomi Judd designated her husband Larry Strickland as the administrator of her $25 million estate and financial affairs. The official documentation makes no mention of Wynonna or Ashley Judd.
The essay asserts:
I appoint Larry Strickland and nominate him. I appoint my brother-in-law, Reginald Strickland, and Daniel Kris Wiatr as co-executors in the event that my husband is unable or unable to carry out his duties. I request that my Executor not be subject to a bond.
For his efforts, Strickland would be entitled to “adequate income,” as well as payment or reimbursement for any “reasonable expenditures, advances, and disbursements, including attorney’s and accountant’s fees, incurred or spent in the administration of my estate,” according to sources.
Radar reports that Wynonna is dissatisfied with her late mother’s decision because she was a member of The Judds and contributed much to her mother’s successful career.
