Here’s everything you need to know about Designing Miami before the show premieres
On September 7, Netflix released the Designing Miami teaser, which piqued the interest of users who enjoy watching lifestyle programming. The teaser showed viewers an opulent interior and exterior house design. Aside from business, the teaser featured some lighthearted moments between the two.
The eight-episode series will follow the two Miami designers as they balance the needs of their wealthy clientele, their young designer workforce, their close-knit families who are also in business together, and their love. Despite the fact that there is a lot to manage, the couple does it flawlessly.
The Miami couple will be shown intimately knowing their wealthy customers’ needs and delivering exactly what they want. Let’s get to know these Miami designers a little better. Eilyn, the Miami-based founder and creative director of Sire Design, is well-versed in modernist design and architectural concepts.
Her straightforward and uncomplicated approach is well-known. The Miami designer is a firm believer in carefully chosen concepts that breathe new life into all of her work. She is well-versed in residential, developmental, and commercial interior design. She is a sucker for one-of-a-kind interior design and high-quality decor.
Ray, whose real name is Raymond Jimenez, is the other half of the Miami designer duo featured in Netflix’s new show. Raymond Nicolas, a modernist design firm, is his brainchild. In contrast to Eilyn, Ray’s maximalist style makes him a creative powerhouse with a thought-provoking design sense.
Ray co-founded the well-known multidisciplinary interior design and architectural firm, RS3, before earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. He believes in making spaces that are open, inviting, and accessible to all people, regardless of ethnicity, gender, color, or sexual orientation.
In an interview with Axios Miami, Eilyn shared her thoughts on performing the show:
“I’m thrilled to be able to provide viewers with a behind-the-scenes look at the world of high-end design in Miami’s competitive market.”
The series’ executive producers are Eric Wattenberg, Will Nothacker, Deanna Markoff, and Luke Neslage. On September 21st, Designing Miami will be available on Netflix. Designing Miami will have a total of eight episodes. Viewers can watch the show on Dailymotion once all of the episodes are available.
