The Chinese national from Hong Kong received an MBA from Harvard Business School. She completed her high school education at Phillips Exeter Academy before enrolling at Georgetown University to study English literature. Before starting her own business, Sara worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley and Perella Weinberg Partners.

The businessman opened China’s first etiquette school, Institute Sarita, in 2013. Her institution was designated one of the “World’s Most Innovative 50 Companies” by Fast Company magazine in 2014.

Additionally, Sara was named one of “BBC’s 100 Women 2015” and “Forbes’ Women to Watch in Asia 2013.” She also wrote Finishing Touch: Good Manners for the Debutante in Chinese, which became a bestseller.

The Sara Show is a program hosted by Mind Your Manners presenter Sara that airs on Beijing Television. The Sara Jane Ho Show, her YouTube channel, has more than 9,000 subscribers.
