He is Monica Vaswani’s boyfriend and hails from a family that values business. Seven second-generation Indian Americans who reside in Miami, Florida with their Indian ancestry, are the subject of the television series Family Karma.
The official plot summary for Family Karma season 3 is as follows:
Family Karma is an intimate look at seven Indian-American friends juggling their traditional parents’ and grandparents’ cultural standards and expectations while navigating life, love, and careers.
Among the returning cast members of the program are Amrit Kapai, Anisha Ramakrishna, Bali Chainani, Brian Benni, Monica Vaswani, and Vishal Parvani. Since he is dating Monica, Rish Karam, the show’s newest cast member, will be a regular cast member.

27-year-old Rish comes from a large, traditional Indian family and is a restaurateur and businessman. His bio on Bravo states:
“Rish lives alone, like the majority of young adults in his society. He has been seeing Monica, his girlfriend, for a while. She can have the security she wants from him, but only when it’s convenient for him.
He is the owner of the Indian restaurant Moksha Indian Brasserie. Indian cuisine, according to the restaurant’s Instagram profile. Reimagined.” The page has close to 3,000 followers. On his personal page, Rish has a little more than 11,000 followers. He also states on his biography that he currently resides in South Florida and is a franchisee for Pandora Jewelry.
Rish typically shares lone images of himself, along with his friends, or from his travels. The Family Karma star is a well-known member of the ensemble. The remainder of the group, including Monica’s ex-boyfriend Brian, is believed to have known him since they were young.
In a promotional video, Anisha Ramakrishna referred to him as a “dollar store Drake.” Rish laughed, but Monica thought it was rude.
Later in the series, Monica refers to her partner as “Chanel Drake” in her confessional. The teaser for the soon-to-be-released reality TV show has Monica’s father tormenting Rish and questioning him over the day on which he intends to pop the question to Monica.
However, as the audience will see, Monica is determined to handle Rish cautiously. They don’t live together because Rish lives alone.
The teaser for the reality TV show was first saw at BravoCon, which aired earlier in October. The soon-to-be-released episode will also provide viewers an intimate peek at the weddings of Amrit and Nicholas Kouchoukos and Vishal and Richa Sadana.
